As a YoMingo Admin, you have the ability to add your own videos to the YoMingo platform. There are two places within the platform where you can add videos, the Video Library and/or your About Us section. This article will provide directions on how to add videos to your About Us Section.
About Us Section
The About Us section is the place within the YoMingo Learner side where your organization can add custom content articles. These articles can include text, images, and videos.

How to Add a Video to the About Us Section
- Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click the Manage Content tile.

- Open the About Us Section – Locate and select the About Us section to add or edit videos.

Start Creating – Within the About Us section, you can:
- Add Videos to a New Article
- Add Videos to an Existing Article
Follow the steps below based on how you’d like to manage your content:
Add Videos to a New Article
Enhance your articles by embedding videos directly into the content. Follow these steps to add a video to a new article:
- Click Add Article to create a new article.

- Enter a name for your article.
- In the content editor, place your cursor where you want the video to appear.
- Copy the video URL from its host platform (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).
- Paste the URL into the editor using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac), or right-click and select Paste.

- The video will then embed within the editor.

- Click Save to finalize and publish your article.
Preview Your Video
To ensure the video appears correctly:
- Log into the Learner side of the platform.
- Click Learn More to open the About Us section.
- Locate and open the edited article to confirm the video displays and plays correctly.

Add Videos to an Existing Article
Easily embed videos to an existing article to enhance your content. Follow these steps:
- Open the About Us section and navigate to the article you want to edit.

- In the content editor, place your cursor where you want the video to appear.
- Copy the video URL from its host platform (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).
- Paste the URL into the editor using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac), or right-click and select Paste.

- The video will then embed within the editor.

- Click Save to apply your changes.
