As a Bump2Baby360 Admin, you can add your own videos to the Bump2Baby360 platform. Videos can be added to the Video Library and/or your About Us section.

This article provides instructions for adding videos to the About Us section.

About Us Section

The About Us section is available on the Bump2Baby360 Learner side and allows your organization to add custom content articles. Articles can include text, images, and videos.

How to Add a Video to the About Us Section 

1. Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click the Manage Content tile.

2. Open the About Us Section – Locate and select the About Us section to add or edit videos.

3. Start Creating – Within the About Us section, you can:
   • Add Videos to a New Article 
   • Add Videos to an Existing Article 

Follow the steps below based on how you’d like to manage your content:

Add Videos to a New Article

Enhance your articles by embedding videos directly into the content. Follow these steps to add a video to a new article:

1. Click Add Article to create a new article.

2. Enter a name for your article.
3. In the content editor, place your cursor where you want the video to appear.
4. Copy the video URL from its host platform (e.g. Vimeo).
5. Paste the URL into the editor using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac), or right-click and select Paste.

6. The video will then embed within the editor.

7. Click Save to finalize and publish your article.

Preview Your Video

To ensure the video appears correctly:

1. Log into the Learner side of the platform.
2. Click Learn More to open the About Us section.
3. Locate and open the new article to confirm the video displays and plays correctly.

 

 

Add Videos to an Existing Article

Easily embed videos to an existing article to enhance your content. Follow these steps:

1. Open the About Us section and navigate to the article you want to edit.

2. In the content editor, place your cursor where you want the video to appear.
3. Copy the video URL from its host platform (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).
4. Paste the URL into the editor using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac), or right-click and select Paste.

5. The video will then embed within the editor.

6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Baby360 moved from YouTube to Vimeo as part of an intentional upgrade to improve the video experience within Bump2Baby360.

• Better patient experience – Vimeo provides a clean, distraction-free viewing environment without ads or recommended videos appearing when a video ends. This helps keep patients and families focused on the educational content.
• Expanded language capabilities – Vimeo provides stronger multi-language support, helping us better serve diverse patient populations.
• Greater security and control – Baby360 uses Vimeo Enterprise, which provides enhanced administrative control, privacy settings, and content protection.

About YouTube Videos

We recommend using Vimeo rather than YouTube when adding videos to the About Us section. YouTube videos may display an error message when viewed on iOS devices due to cross-site tracking stipulations from YouTube.

If you need to include a YouTube video, you can add it as a link rather than embedding the video directly into the article.

1. Type the text you want to use for the link, such as Watch the Video.
2. Highlight the text you want to make clickable.
3. A pop-up menu will appear. Select Link.
4. Paste the YouTube video URL into the link field.
5. Select Save in the link pop-up.
6. Select Save again to save the article.

The text will now appear as a clickable link in the article. When a learner selects the link, the YouTube video will open on YouTube.

Tip: For the best experience within Bump2Baby360, we recommend using Vimeo and embedding the video directly into your article whenever possible.
