The YoMingo Admin site offers robust reporting tools to help you understand how your patients interact with the YoMingo app. These reports provide valuable insights, including:
- The number of learners who have signed up and are actively using the app.
- The most viewed content, articles, or videos.
- Detailed activity for individual learners, such as specific articles or videos they’ve accessed.
How to Access Reports
- Go to the Admin Dashboard.
- Click the View Reports tile on the dashboard or select the Reports tab from the left sidebar.
From there, you can explore various reports to monitor app engagement and gain actionable insights.
Learner Metrics
The Home tab on the Reports page provides an overview of key metrics related to your learners. Here’s what each metric represents:

Total Learners:
This is the cumulative number of learners associated with your account. It is an ongoing total, reflecting all learners from the moment your account became active up to the current date. This figure is not tied to the calendar or a specific date range. -
Active Learners:
The total number of learners who have logged into the app within the selected date range. -
New Learners:
The number of new learners who have completed a registration form or were manually added within the selected date range.
Adjusting the Date Range
To customize the date range for the Active Learners and New Learners metrics:
- Click the calendar icon.
- Select your end date.
- Select your start date.
- Click Apply.
The fields will update to display the data for the specified time period.
Active Learners Graph
The Active Learners Graph provides insights into when your learners are most active on YoMingo. It displays:
- The most popular time of day learners access the platform.
- With a broader view, the most popular days of the week and months for learner activity.
To expand the view:
- Click the Zoom Out button.
- Observe activity patterns over weekly or monthly intervals to identify peak engagement times.
This tool is valuable for understanding usage trends and optimizing content delivery or communication timing.
Device Usage
The Device Usage bar graph shows which devices your learners are using to access the YoMingo app. This helps you understand the distribution of device types, allowing you to tailor your content and ensure a seamless experience across different platforms.
Top Categories, Topics, Articles, Videos & Tools
On the right-hand side, you will find a list of the most viewed categories, topics, articles, videos (from the Video Library), and tools. This section highlights the content that is most popular among your learners, helping you identify key areas of interest and engagement.
Print Reports
To print the Home tab, click the Export button. This will generate a PDF of the page, which you can then save or print as needed.
