Understanding which articles, videos, and tools your learners engage with most can provide valuable insights into the content and features that resonate with them. To view or pull reports on your learners' most popular content, follow these steps:
- Click the View Reports tile.
- At the top, you’ll see three tabs: Articles, Videos, and Tools.
Most Popular Articles
By clicking the Articles tab, you can:
- View the most popular category.
- Drill down into the most popular topic within that category.
- Click a topic to see the most popular articles within it.
You can adjust the date range by selecting the calendar dates and clicking Apply. If you'd like to print or download the report, click the Export button to generate a PDF of the current view.
Most Popular Videos
Clicking the Videos tab will show you the most watched videos in the Video Library. You can drill down to view the most popular video in a specific category and see the total views for each.
Most Popular Tools
By clicking the Tools tab, you can see the most commonly used tools by your learners. This helps you identify which tools are being accessed most frequently.
These reports provide an overview of content engagement, enabling you to make informed decisions about your learning resources.
