Available as an add-on to YoMingo, Bump2Baby Mail (B2B Mail) keeps patients engaged by delivering weekly smartphone notifications and emails, guiding them to content tailored to their gestational week. This additional feature enhances the user experience with:

  • 86 weeks of content – spanning from week seven of pregnancy through baby’s first year
  • 3-4 topics per week – totaling 255 impactful, stage-specific stories
  • Customizable messaging – for branding, additional content, and personalization
  • Targeted notifications – promote classes, events, and resources via email and in-app alerts

How It Works

Send milestone campaigns (YoMingo Campaign) – A structured series of 34 pregnancy and 52 postpartum emails, each featuring three to four carefully curated stories designed to educate and engage patients at every stage. If a learner has a due date entered into YoMingo that falls within week 7 to post-birth week 52, they will receive a weekly notification every Tuesday at 10am to their email and their smart device.

Launch one-off campaigns (My Campaign) – Instantly notify patients about classes, events, and community resources through emails and push notifications.

Additional Features

  • Automatic translation – Emails and notifications adjust based on each learner’s selected language in YoMingo.
  • Seamless email delivery – All emails originate from noreply@yomingo.com, using the same email system that deploys YoMingo communications. These emails do not go through your system or network.
  • User control – Patients can unsubscribe anytime via their user settings, with an unsubscribe link built into each email.

Bump2Baby Mail is an optional feature available for purchase—providing an easy, automated way to keep patients informed, engaged, and connected throughout their journey.

Access B2B Mail & Activate YoMingo Campaigns

Once B2B Mail is enabled for your account, a Campaigns tab will appear in your left sidebar. Click it to access the Manage Campaigns page.
