To highlight and link directly to a YoMingo article from an About Us article, follow these steps:

1. Copy the Article Link – Log into the Learner site and navigate to the article you want to link. Copy the URL from the address bar (e.g., https://app.yomingo.com/articles/labor-positions).

2. Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click the Manage Content tile and open an existing article or create a new one.
3. Embed the Link – In the YoMingo Content Editor:
   • Type the word or phrase you want to use as the link.
   • Highlight it with your mouse.
   • Click the link icon in the popup.

• Paste the copied URL in the https://... field.

• Click Save to insert the link. You will now have an embedded link.

4. Save Your Changes – Click Save at the bottom of the page to publish the article.

Once saved, learners can click the embedded link to open the YoMingo article within the app.

Easily link to specific YoMingo tools within an About Us article by embedding the appropriate tool URL.

Steps to Embed a Tool Link

1. Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click the Manage Content tile and open an existing article or create a new one.
2. Insert the Link – In the YoMingo Content Editor:
   • Type the word or phrase you want to use as the link (e.g., "Contraction Timer" or "Track Immunizations").
   • Highlight the text with your mouse.
   • Click the link icon in the popup.

• Paste the corresponding YoMingo tool URL in the https://... field.

• Click Save to insert the link.

3. Save Your Article – Complete your edits and click Save at the bottom of the page.

Once saved, learners can click the embedded link to open the corresponding YoMingo Tool within the app. 

You may want to highlight specific YoMingo videos or group multiple videos together for patients to watch in one place, such as during discharge or at other points of care. You can do this by creating an About Us article that directs patients to the selected videos.

Steps to Embed Videos

1. Find the Video
   • Log into the Learner site and navigate to the Video Library.
   • Browse the library or use the category tabs to find the video.
   • Click on the video to start playback.
   • Hover over the video and click the YouTube button in the bottom-right corner.

2. Copy the Video Link
   • When the YouTube page opens in a new browser tab, click the Share button.
   • Copy the provided video URL.

3. Add the Video to an Article
   • Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click the Manage Content tile and open an existing article or create a new one.
   • In the Content Editor, type a sentence or paragraph with instructions for patients about the videos.
   • Place your cursor where you want the video to appear.
   • Paste the URL into the editor using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac), or right-click and select Paste.
   • The video will then embed within the editor.

4. Repeat for Additional Videos
   • Follow the same steps to copy and embed additional videos as needed.
5. Save the Article - Once all videos and instructions are added, click Save to finalize your changes.

Your article will now be live on the Learner site, making it easy for patients to access and watch the selected videos.
