Your Guide to Grief Category
When a patient experiences the loss of their baby, they need time and support to grieve—not just for their baby but for themselves. Baby360’s Your Guide to Grief category helps families understand and cope with grief after a loss at or after birth.
Your Guide to Grief is an additional content category available for purchase. Upon purchase, you will receive access to:
- Your Guide to Grief – Includes 7 topics and 23 prepopulated articles focused on grief support.
- Bereavement About Us Section – A blank category where you can add articles about your bereavement program.

View from Learner Side
Learners will see Your Guide to Grief as a content category within their YoMingo app. The About Us section allows you to customize information specific to your hospital’s bereavement services.

- Ask up to three questions – Gather relevant information based on your hospital’s bereavement program.
- Control content access – Grant access only to Your Guide to Grief and the Bereavement About Us categories.

- Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click on the Manage Content tile.

- Available Resources – List support groups, counseling services, educational materials, or online tools available.
- Contact Information – Provide details on how learners can reach out for assistance.
- Testimonials or Stories (Optional) – Share real experiences to help learners feel supported and understood.
For additional guidance on creating an article, refer to Manage Articles in the About Us Section.
3. Add the Grief Registration Link to Your Maternity About Us Section
For users currently using YoMingo who have experienced a loss, it’s important to provide clear information about the support available to them. We recommend ensuring that grief-related content is easily accessible within the app.
To support these users, we suggest creating an About Us article that outlines the steps to access grief resources. This article should include:
- Details on the support your facility offers
- Community resources available
- A link to your Grief Registration Form
- Step-by-step instructions on how to register
Once users complete the registration, they can simply refresh the app, and the Your Guide to Grief content will automatically appear.
Below, you’ll find a sample template for the article. Be sure to customize the placeholders and include your Grief Registration Link to ensure a seamless experience for your users.
