Some users may receive weekly notifications through a feature called Bump2Baby Mail. This feature helps guide you through pregnancy and your baby’s first year with timely, stage-based updates sent right to your phone and email.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all users will have access to Bump2Baby Mail. This feature is only available if your healthcare provider has chosen to include it in your account.

What is Bump2Baby Mail?

If available to you, Bump2Baby Mail delivers:

  • Weekly notifications sent every Tuesday at 10 AM (local time)
  • Messages by gestational age – tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum
  • Emails + App Notifications – helping you stay informed wherever you are
  • Topics that matter – Each message includes 3–4 quick reads about what to expect and how to prepare

You’ll receive messages starting at week 7 of pregnancy through your baby’s first year, as long as you’ve entered a due date in the app.

Special Announcements

In addition to weekly milestone messages, your hospital or clinic may also send one-time notifications about:

  • Local classes or events
  • Support groups or community resources
  • Important updates specific to your care

These announcements will also be sent by email and/or push notification.
