If you’re receiving milestone notifications that don’t match your current stage—or if you’d like to stop them altogether—you can update your information in the app. This article will walk you through how to adjust your week or turn off milestone notifications entirely by making changes to your due date/delivery date under User Settings > My Profile.
Steps to Adjust Milestone Notifications
From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top left corner.

Scroll down and select User Settings.

In the MY PROFILE section, tap manage my profile.

Scroll down to the DUE DATE / DELIVERY DATE field. Tap the calendar icon, then select Reset and tap Done to remove the date.
Removing your due date will stop all future milestone notifications. To update your week instead, simply enter a new due date or delivery date.
