First Steps
1. Check with Your Healthcare Provider
- If you haven’t been signed up for YoMingo, contact your care team.
- They will either register you manually or provide you with a digital registration form to complete.
2. Receive Your Login Details
- Once registered, you’ll receive an email with your User ID (your email address) and a temporary password.
- The email will look similar to this:

Download the YoMingo app from the App Store or Google Play store.
Log in with your email and temporary password.
