The Learner Report allows you to access detailed information about your learners. To view and download learner data:
- Go to the Reports page and click the Learners tab at the top.
- A list of all your learners will appear.
If you want to pull a comprehensive list of all learners associated with your account:
- Click the Export button.
- An Excel spreadsheet will be generated containing the following details for each learner:
- Patient Name
- Email Address
- Status
- Account Creation Date
- Registration Name (if applicable)
- Last Activity
- Article Progress
- Due Date
You can then download and save the file for further analysis or reporting purposes.
Filtered Learner Reports
You can refine your learner list using the filter feature located on the right sidebar. This allows you to narrow down the data based on the following criteria:
- Tags
- Signup Year
- Location
- Categorization
- Registration
- Registration Date Range
- Article Progress
- Categories Viewed
- Tools Accessed
- Activity Date Range
Once you’ve selected your filters, click the Filter button at the bottom. The list will update according to your selections. To export the filtered list, simply click the Export button, and the data will be generated in an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis.
Individual Learner Report
To view or pull a report for an individual learner's metrics, click View next to their name (you can search for the learner by name or email in the search box). This will open their individual learner report, where you can access detailed user metrics.
At the top of the report, you’ll find several tabs: Articles, Videos, Tools, Registrations, and Tags. You can click each tab to see specific activity for that learner. Depending on the tab selected, you can drill down into more detailed information. For example:
- Articles: Click on a category (e.g., Breastfeeding) to view related topics. Then, click a topic to see the articles read, including the dates they were viewed.
- Videos: This tab only shows videos watched within the Video Library. Metrics for videos embedded in articles are not included.
- Tools: View which tools the learner has accessed and how often.
- Registrations: Shows the registration name the learner used to sign up for the app (if applicable).
- Tags: Lists any tags applied to the learner’s profile.
If you want to download or print the learner's metrics, click the Export button at the bottom to generate the report.
