To make the name change transition as seamless as possible, we have created a checklist of items that will/could be affected by the update. There are items that will require action by you or your team, and others will be completely managed by our team at Baby360. Items for you to prepare for launch day:

• Email peer teams
• Have marketing update facility landing page(s) 
• Order complimentary posters, flyers & badge buddies*
• Update promotions on in-facility TVs
• Check your Bump2Baby Mail custom content for reference of “YoMingo”
• Download new help sheets
• Deploy printed materials to relevant departments
• Update custom cover books during your next reorder
• Update registration link (existing links will redirect, new links will be available day of launch)
• Update QR codes using your new registration link (existing links will redirect, new links will be available day of launch)
• Email (or send app notifications) to current app users

*The initial date to submit requests has past. If you still want complementary materials, we are happy to provide these. It is likely they will arrive after the name change has taken place. 

Please note, these items can be prepared in advance, but changes to the app will not take place until October.
