Once you’ve created a registration and patients begin registering through your form, you can generate a Registration Report to track their activity.
Generate a Registration Report
- Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click on the Manage Registrations tile.

- Locate the registration you want to report on.
- Click EXPORT next to the registration.

- An Excel spreadsheet will be generated, including:
- Patient Name
- Email Address
- Registration Date
- Last Login
- Location (if applicable)
- Due Date
- Answers to the three custom questions in the registration form
Generate a Learner Report
You can also generate a more detailed Learner Report filtered by registrations under the Reports tab.
- Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click on the View Reports tile.

- Click the Learners tab at the top of the page.

- Use the Registration Filter on the right-hand side to select the registration you want to report on.

- (Optional) Specify a date range to narrow the results further.
- Scroll down and click Filter to generate the list of learners associated with your selected registration.

- Click the blue Export button to download an Excel spreadsheet, including:
- Patient Name
- Email Address
- Status
- Account Creation Date
- Registration Name
- Last Activity
- Article Progress
- Due Date
