Pull Registration Reports

Learn how to generate comprehensive reports on registrations quickly and easily.

Once you’ve created a registration and patients begin registering through your form, you can generate a Registration Report to track their activity. 

Generate a Registration Report

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click on the Manage Registrations tile.
  1. Locate the registration you want to report on.
  2. Click EXPORT next to the registration.
  1. An Excel spreadsheet will be generated, including:
    • Patient Name
    • Email Address
    • Registration Date
    • Last Login
    • Location (if applicable)
    • Due Date
    • Answers to the three custom questions in the registration form

 

Generate a Learner Report 

You can also generate a more detailed Learner Report filtered by registrations under the Reports tab.

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard – Click on the View Reports tile.
  1. Click the Learners tab at the top of the page.
  1. Use the Registration Filter on the right-hand side to select the registration you want to report on.
  1. (Optional) Specify a date range to narrow the results further.
  2. Scroll down and click Filter to generate the list of learners associated with your selected registration.
  1. Click the blue Export button to download an Excel spreadsheet, including:
    • Patient Name
    • Email Address
    • Status
    • Account Creation Date
    • Registration Name
    • Last Activity
    • Article Progress
    • Due Date

Using these reports, you can efficiently track and analyze registration and learner activity on your YoMingo account.
