If you would like to unsubscribe from milestone notification emails, open the most recent email you received and select “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. This will take you to the Unsubscribe page for your account, where you can unsubscribe from all milestone notification emails.

If the Unsubscribe page does not open or requires you to sign in to the app, you can update your notification settings within the app instead:

1. Sign in to the app and go to User Settings > Notifications.
2. Uncheck the boxes for the Email and In-App notifications you no longer wish to receive or select “Unsubscribe from All” to unsubscribe from all notifications.
3. Select Save to confirm your changes.
